Welcome to My Destination Wedding (MDW). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and the relationship between MDW (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Service Provider") and you (referred to as "the Client" or "you"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided

We offer destination wedding planning and coordination services, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, event design, and guest management. The specific services provided will be detailed in the service agreement between the Client and the Service Provider.

Service Agreement

Upon booking our services, a separate service agreement will be provided to outline the scope of services, pricing, payment terms, and other relevant details. The service agreement will be binding and must be signed by both parties to formalize the engagement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement, including deposit requirements, installment payments, and the due date for final payments. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy will be detailed in the service agreement and may include penalties or fees for cancellations by the Client. Please refer to the service agreement for specific terms.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, cooperating with the Service Provider, and obtaining any required permits or licenses related to the wedding. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect the provision of services.

Liability and Insurance

The Service Provider is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism. The Client is encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their event.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created during the wedding planning process, such as event designs, photos, or documents, may be subject to copyright or other rights. The usage and ownership of such materials will be defined in the service agreement.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Service Provider from fulfilling our obligations, we will work with the Client to make reasonable alternative arrangements.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as detailed in the service agreement, before legal action is pursued.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal actions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended with written consent from both parties and will be reflected in a revised service agreement if necessary.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
